ABOUT THE MILLENNIUM SCHOOL

There was a heartfelt cry in the area for a good English medium school with a standard of excellence in academic and affordable by all. Bishop Dr. Jeyaraj Marc, along with his wife Mrs. Sheela Marc, M.S.W. founded the school in the year 2001. The name “The Millennium School” came as the world was celebrating the new Millennium.
The school also came into existence by the cry of the new generation to impart morals and character in students pursuing academic excellence in Jharkhand. Our organization provides low-cost education through the Millennium School. Compare to other schools in town, our school is the inexpensive. We provide respectable education for the underprivileged kids on low cost. We have all the facility like classrooms, chemistry lab, biology lab, computer lab, physics lab and library, bathrooms etc. Our school also has a large playground for the kids to play.
For nearly 13 years our organization sponsored 300 children with education, school books, uniform dress, home dress, bags, shoes, socks, hygiene needs, lunch, field trips, sports, swimming. Our school children also brought bronze and silver in the state competition. Our main focus is to bring out the best in children and help them to achieve their goals in life.
Our aims and objectives:
“Let Your Light Shine in Excellence”. The aims and objectives of this school is to give all children a excellence education, irrespective of caste, creed, colour or religion, a quality education within a good atmosphere. That education includes a sound moral base, training them in good habits of order and cleanliness, forming their character and aiding to shine in every field of education. We also raise them up to discipline their spirit, soul and body.
